Yay! New toys!

Christmas came a little early for Snoball. Well, he'll still be getting something for christmas with the other birds, but he got all this in addition:

I'm going to hunt down a big wicker basket to keep them all in. I already have a small basket that sits on his tree stand and holds his little toys. The blocks came in a big plastic bag but the zipper was broken and it was covered in sticky stuff. I threw that away as quickly as possible... So now I want a big wicker basket that can sit on the floor beside his cage and hold all his blocks. :)

New toys tomorrow!

We went thrifting today (Snoball included) and found a GREAT bag of toys for him. I paid $3 and got a bag of probably 100 JUMBO sized lego blocks, as well as some little people and rattles and random items that were just thrown into the bag. I sorted through it all and threw away all unsafe items. The Snoball-approved ones are soaking overnight in a bleach-vinegar solution to kill any germs that might be lingering. Tomorrow will be like christmas for Snoball. David and I are going to build a little castle with the blocks and put the people inside, then unleash T-5 (Snoball) upon them. They'll never know what hit them...
